Check-in starts at 3:00 pm on the reserved day. We recommend that you get to the property before dark. If you desire to check in early, please call 470-717-9737 to see if that option is available. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. During this time noise levels should be kept to a minimum to avoid disturbing neighbors.

We are located an hour northeast of Atlanta, along the 985/State road 365 Corridor in Banks County, Georgia. The exact address will be given out when a confirmed booking takes place. The address will get you on the right path, but it will not lead you to the property. In addition to the address, a "How to locate" video will also be sent out after a confirmed booking.

Yes, all bookings are required to stay a minimum of two (2) nights.

Yes, we do have Wi-Fi. Cell service is spotty depending on the carrier.

Your favorite book, or one that you want to start reading. Groceries, if you plan on cooking. We have a full kitchen, equipped with Z-line appliances, an outdoor Blackstone griddle & the firepit also doubles as a grill. There is an Ingles & Walmart nearby in Cornelia, Ga for any grocery needs. Swimwear to enjoy the outdoor shower, hot tub, sauna & river lounge. Comfortable flat shoes to ensure safety while walking on the gravel.

Birds & squirrels are all over and you may occasionally see deer. We are not in "bear country" and have never seen any bears. While there are animals that we have not personally come in contact with, we know that this was originally their home. Please do not leave food outside to entice them.

Yes. If you are booking your stay more than 45 days in advance, 34% of the total balance will be due at the time of booking, along with the cleaning fees, tourism fees & taxes. 50% percent of the remaining balance will be due 45 days before arrival. 100% refunds are given for any cancellations made within 48 hours of booking your stay, unless your reservation was made within 14 days of your check-in date. No refunds, cancellations or gifted stays will be honored on reservations booked within 14 days of check-in. Cancellations made after 48 hours of booking, but at least 45 days before check-in will forfeit the first payment made. No refunds or cancellations can be made within 45 days of check-in. If you have to cancel your stay within 45 days of check-in, you may gift your stay, or we are able to rebook it for future dates. These conditions must be applied to your reservation before 14 days of your check-in date. Please note that there will be a 12% rebooking fee of the original cost. No cancellations, refunds, re-books or gifting can be made to your reservation if you are within 14 days of your check-in date.
